General Khalkon, the Butcher of the Quag

Male, human, former general in Lypu’s armies.

A true believer in Lypu’s supremacy, General Khalkon was given control of all armies east of Lake Nipaver at the start of Lypu’s war of aggression. He was known for killing children and non-combatants, and for poisoning water sources.

His undead shade was put to rest in Until Undeath Improves.
