Lypu

A rocky country to the north of Allandria. It is the provenance of humans, silver kobolds, dwarves, and gnomes.

Lypu’s strength lies in wizards and artificers when it comes to magic, and fighters and monks when it comes to fighting.

Lypu is nominally a democracy, but it was the silver dragon Lyprandrylam who laid out the constitution of the nation at its founding, and it is the silver kobolds that she created in her image (but not her wisdom or humility) that have come to control the halls of government. Silver kobold politicians act the part of beneficent rulers taking care of the other peoples of Lypu, but rarely listen to feedback from their constituents.
