Ugly Cute

After the Night of Blades, Willowshore’s government caved to popular demand and built gates to hold protective lanterns at each of Willowshore’s main entrances. A noble family in the process of redecorating their garden donated this spider guardian statue to the cause. The statue is about the size of a horse and crudely shaped. No one there at its installation liked the statue, but the people of Willowshore know not to look a gift guardian spirit in the mouth. Over time, the people of Willowshore have become fond of their ugly guardian statue, with most agreeing that it’s more Ugly Cute than ugly, thus giving rise to its name.
